We partnered with Matya to refine their end-to-end product experience, delivering a full UX audit, improved flows, and redesigned interfaces for both the client-facing app and the agent dashboard. In parallel, we refreshed the brand identity, defined a cohesive color palette, and built a scalable component library to ensure clarity and consistency across platforms.

I led the UX and UI design across the project, from conducting the UX audit and restructuring user flows to designing the client-facing mobile experience and the agent dashboard. I was also responsible for defining the visual direction, refining microcopy, and building a scalable component library in close collaboration with the product and development teams.

Wealth managers struggled with unclear setup flows and document management, while clients were faced with complex, technical processes during identity verification. The lack of clear guidance, inconsistent microcopy, and unstructured flows created friction on both sides, risking lower completion rates and reduced trust in a critical compliance process.

We focused on onboarding, document upload flows, progress indication, and trust-building patterns that reduce friction and increase completion rates. These insights directly informed the structure, guidance, and tone of Matya’s redesigned experience.
